What is Terrazzo?

Terrazzo can be defined as a composite material, formed from many different pieces of material such as marble or glass – creating a structure of various small pieces placed side by side in a random way.

 

In terms of design, Terrazzo is a style originating from Italy, referring to the surface form dotted with tiny particles. These speckled surfaces create visual appeal and versatility.

It is not unnatural that Terrazzo is favored by many designers. In recent years, designs using Terrazzo surfaces have become more and more popular, from commercial to residential.
